Biography: Deceased: April 29, 2021. Robert Martin Briber slipped away peacefully shortly after listening to a few of his favorite Johnny Cash songs, and squeezing his wife's hand on Thursday, April 29, 2021. He had just marked his 91st birthday two weeks before. Bob was born on April 13th, 1930, and raised in Denver, Colorado, the third son of Rachel and Frank Briber. Bob served for two years in the US Army during the Korean conflict. He moved East in 1948 for his education at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he was elected President of his Senior Class and was Chairman of Student Government. Bob majored in Business Administration and went to work as the assistant to the President of M.I.T., James R. Killian, upon graduation. He married his first wife, Katherine Armstrong, in 1957, and moved to Lexington, MA, where his son Robert Briber was born in 1958.
