Alpha Theta Sigma Chi Corporation
Alpha Theta Sigma Chi was incorporated in the Chapter's centennial year, 1982.
The Corporation's stated purpose as stated in the Constitution:
"[...] to foster ties among members of Alpha Theta Chapter of Sigma Chi Fraternity and cultivate the high ideals of friendship, justice and learning upon which Alpha Theta Chapter of Sigma Chi was founded, to further the continued existence and well-being of Alpha Theta, a fraternity at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, affiliated with the national Sigma Chi Fraternity, and to carry on activities, provide services and engage in transactions appropriate or incidental thereto."
